You’ve opened a new tab (IE7)

I’ve been using Internet Explorer 7 for quite some time now, and love the “tabbed” browsing aspect.   Many times, I’ve seen a link, and can now do [right-click] + [Open In New Tab].    Or – there’s the keyboard shortcut which is simply CTRL+click.

Yesterday – I discovered another (even easier) one – in which you click the “MIDDLE” button on the mouse – ie. click the scroll-wheel down – and it opens in a new window !     That’s great !

How did I find this beauty ?    Well – just try opening a new tab in Internet Explorer – and READ the blurb on the blank tab.   (see below)

There are even some other (keyboard) shortcuts – just have to expand the section entitled “Show more tab shortcuts“.
